April 29th, 2022, RINK Hockey Academy Winnipeg hosted their annual U15 Evaluation Camp seeing 50 2008/2009 born players and goalies coming from all around Winnipeg and Manitoba to compete against one another.

The RINK Hockey Academy Evaluation Camps not only offers players and goalies the opportunity to tryout for our academy teams, but also test their abilities on and off the ice against the top players out there.  Our professional coaching staff provide instruction and feedback throughout the camp with reports of individual testing performances so the players are able to continually improve and work on the things they need to. The RHA Evaluation Camp experience will give players and families an inside look of the facilities, as well as, full information on our academy, Testify Performance, and Player/Goalie Development programs.  It truly is the ultimate experience for training, testing and competition with information and opportunity for development.

Through evaluation camps, RINK scouting staff looking to identify elite hockey players who are focused on developing their skills and abilities on and off the ice.  The camp will provide participants the opportunity to experience many parts of our program within the facility and in the process we look to see who stands out with their play and character.  RINK wants to find those players and people who strive to get better with each and every day.

RINK Hockey Academy, Director of Player Personell, Nick Fuher said the following on the sucess of the wekened and the experience it provided athletes. "We were very happy with the camp outcome.  The effort of the players made for great training sessions and practices, as well as, very competitive games. In the end it makes for tough decisions for our staff in determining teams for next season, which is a good problem to have."
